Florida Everglades National Park Wilderness Kayaking Field Note

In December 2016 we spent a week wilderness kayaking in Everglades National Park. We explored mangrove and camped on uninhabited islands as we crisscrossed the park. We also gathered water samples for Microplastic research for the Adventure Scientists organization. Read our field note here.

It's the Little Things... Chesapeake Bay Magazine Interview

Chesapeake Bay Magazine interviewed us and wrote the following article on our bay plastic pollution sampling and research work. We collect water samples and then have them analyzed for microplastic content. We also speak to local high schools about these pollution issues. Read the article here
